| Freezing Pull-Tab Games AS 05.15.187(d) states a pull-tab game may not be withdrawn from sale until all pull-tabs in the game are sold. Furthermore, the term ‘freezing’ is not referenced or defined in charitable gaming statute or regulation, and appears to be a variation of operating a pull-tab game. Therefore, as long as a person is actively playing a game and is physically present, freezing is permissible. However, a game may not be frozen overnight or if the person leaves the premises. Lastly, strong house rules should be in place before this practice is implemented. |
