Gaming Report Due Dates



Permittees
  • Quarterly Report - Due on the 45th day following the end of the calendar quarter.
  • Annual Report - Due on March 15 following the year in which the gaming activities were conducted.
  • Permit Renewal - Available starting November 1.


Multiple-Beneficiary Permittees
  • Quarterly Report - Due on the last business day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.
  • Annual Report - Due on February 28 following the year in which the gaming activities were conducted.
  • Permit Renewal - Available starting November 1.


Operator reports to Department
  • Quarterly Report – Due on the last business day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.
  • Annual report and CPA-reviewed financial statement – Due on February 28 following the year in which the gaming activities were conducted.
  • License Renewal – Available starting November 1.


Operator reports to Permittee
  • Monthly Report - Due the 15th day after the end of the month.
  • Net Proceeds Check – Due on the 15th day after the end of the month.
  • Quarterly report - Due the last day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.
  • Annual Report - Due February 28 of the year following the year in which gaming was conducted.


Distributors
  • Monthly Report - Due on the last business day of the following month.
  • License Renewal - Available starting November 1.


Manufacturers
  • Monthly Report - Due on the last business day of the following month.
  • License Renewal - Available starting November 1.


Payment, Interest, and Penalty
  • Payment - Due on the same day as your report, even if a filing extension has been requested and granted. An extension to file does NOT extend the due date of your payment.
  • Interest - If your payment is late you will be charged interest. The interest rate is 12% per year, or 1% per month.
  • Penalty -If your payment is late you will be charged a penalty. The failure to pay penalty is calculated at 1% per 30 day period or fraction of a period, not to exceed 25% of the total fee due.
